Sierra Nevadah was born in Texas, USA on March 05, 1995. Sierra first came on the scene in 2014, when she was only 19 years old. Since then, she's appeared in over 15 different adult movie productions including her memorable work with FM Concepts, Web Young and Nubile Films. Sierra retired in 2015.
